At Haus of Venom, each piece is handcrafted, spiritually prepared, and intentionally aligned before it reaches you. Because of the care involved in creating and energizing each item, please review our shipping timelines below.

Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before creation or shipping begins. This includes order verification, preparation, and allocation of materials.

Creation & Enchantment Time

Standard Pieces

• Creation Time: 7–10 business days

Enchanted / Spiritual Work Pieces

• Creation & Alignment Time: 10–21 business days

• Energetic alignment work

• Ritual preparation or charging

Each enchanted piece is individually worked on and timed based on spiritual readiness and alignment.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and prepared for dispatch:

Haus of Venom – Cleaning & Care Instructions

Haus of Venom pieces are both physical adornments and intentional spiritual tools, meaning they require care on two levels: material maintenance and energetic upkeep.

✦ Physical Cleaning Instructions

To preserve the integrity of your jewelry and materials (copper, crystals, shells, wire, resin, etc.):

Daily Care

• Remove before showering, swimming, or heavy sweating

• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, oils, lotions, and sprays

• Store in a dry, safe place when not in use

Cleaning Method

• Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe after wear

• For deeper cleaning (copper or metal components):

  • Lightly dampen cloth with water and mild soap

  • Gently clean and immediately dry thoroughly

• Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol, or abrasive materials

Crystal Care

• Do not soak crystals in water unless they are water-safe (some are not)

• Gently dust or wipe with a soft cloth only

Because each piece may carry intention, enchantment, or energetic imprint, regular energetic cleansing is recommended.

When to Cleanse

• After receiving your item

• After emotional or intense environments

• Once a week (or as intuition calls)

Smoke Cleansing

• Pass your piece through smoke from:

  • Sage

  • Palo Santo

  • Incense (frankincense, myrrh, lavender, etc.)

Focus intention on clearing stagnant or external energy.

Moonlight Charging

• Place your piece under the moonlight overnight

• Best during full moon for amplification or new moon for resets

Sound Clearing

• Use singing bowls, bells, claps, or tuning forks

• Let vibration move through the piece to reset energy

Salt Intention Method (Non-Contact)

• Place sea salt in a bowl

• Set jewelry nearby (not directly buried unless salt-safe materials)

• Leave overnight for energetic absorption
